• H/o exfoliation of mesiodens before one month
• Confirmed with Rvg that there is no root remnants

Treatment

• Patient insisted complete space closure
• He wanted only two crowns due to financial crisis and we fixed it.
• Patient was much satisfied with the shade and the outcome
